1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of and participation in the padel camps in Barcelona organised by events 360 GmbH.
By completing a booking, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and scope of services
A binding contract between the participant and events 360 GmbH is concluded upon booking confirmation.
The number of participants may be limited. Participation is only guaranteed once the booking has been confirmed.
The advertised camp price covers the services listed on the website or in the respective offer. Minor changes to the programme or to individual services remain reserved where they are necessary for organisational reasons and do not materially alter the overall character of the camp.
3. Cancellation policy and refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail. The cancellation period is calculated from the time the cancellation is received by events 360 GmbH.
The following refund conditions apply:
– More than 90 days before the start of the camp: 100% of the camp price paid is refunded, less a processing fee of CHF 50.
– 61 to 90 days before the start of the camp: 50% of the camp price paid is refunded.
– 30 to 60 days before the start of the camp: 75% of the camp price paid is refunded.
– Less than 30 days before the start of the camp: no refund is due.
A booking may in principle be transferred to another person.
4. Illness and injury
In the event of a participant's illness or injury, there is in principle no entitlement to any refund beyond the cancellation conditions set out above.
On request, events 360 GmbH will issue the participant with an invoice or payment confirmation so that the costs can be submitted to their health or accident insurance.
events 360 GmbH does not guarantee that the costs will be covered by the respective insurer. Checking insurance cover is the participant's responsibility.
5. Travel to and from Barcelona
Travel to and from Barcelona is not part of the services organised by events 360 GmbH unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective offer.
Participants book and pay for their own flights.
No refunds or replacement services can be granted for flight delays, flight cancellations, missed connections or other problems related to travel.
Participants are responsible for arriving in Barcelona on time and being able to take part in the camp.
6. Participation and personal responsibility
Participation in padel training sessions, matches, tournaments and other sporting activities is at the participant's own risk.
By booking, the participant confirms that they are in good enough health to take part in the planned activities. In the event of health restrictions or doubts about fitness to play, appropriate medical advice must be sought before participating.
The participant undertakes to follow the instructions of the coaches, organisers and local service providers and to behave appropriately and respectfully during the camp.
7. Liability
events 360 GmbH organises the padel camp and the services it includes with the greatest possible care.
events 360 GmbH is liable for damage, injury, loss or theft only within the scope of mandatory statutory provisions.
Services provided by third parties, in particular the hotel, padel club, restaurants, transfers or other external providers, are subject to their respective terms and conditions. events 360 GmbH is liable for its own fault within the scope of the statutory provisions.
Liability for events beyond the control of events 360 GmbH, in particular force majeure, official orders, strikes, natural events or comparable unforeseeable events, remains excluded.
8. Changes to the programme
events 360 GmbH reserves the right to adjust minor individual programme items, training sessions, matches, restaurants or activities, or to replace them with equivalent services, for organisational, weather-related or other objectively justified reasons.
In the event of weather conditions or other circumstances that make individual activities impossible, there is in principle no entitlement to a partial refund provided that a reasonable replacement service can be offered.
9. Photos and videos
Photos and videos may be taken during the camp for the communication and marketing purposes of events 360 GmbH.
Image material is used only in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and, where required, with the consent of the persons depicted.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of events 360 GmbH.
Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain reserved.
