2. Replacement of coaches or staff

If a coach or team member cannot attend due to illness, accident or another justified reason, Padel Camp Barcelona assumes no liability for that absence.

The organisation undertakes, however, to make every effort to ensure the normal running of the activity, whether by replacing the professional with another of equal or similar qualification or by reorganising the sessions.

The unavailability of a specific coach does not give rise to a refund or compensation, provided the activity can be carried out under appropriate conditions and with the usual level of quality.
